White Ribbon is the world’s largest movement engaging men and boys to end men’s violence against women and girls, promote gender equality, and create new opportunities for men to build positive, healthy and respectful relationships. Most men share a belief that violence against women and children is never acceptable, yet family violence support services are full of women. Ending men’s violence against women can sometimes feel like an impossible goal, but together we can rise to the challenge of making real, long-term change.
If you would like to join the silent march, please assemble outside Bunbury Regional Art Galleries at 4 Wittenoom Street at 10:30. The march will commence at 10:45am with a service being held at 11am at the new CBD park opposite the Prince of Wales Hotel followed by a community BBQ.
